It was clear from the start that he had my best interest at heart and wasn't selling my place just for the commission. He did the research and put my place on the market with a realistic price - which still gave me a good return. And the house sold in 5 days. Loren was in continual contact with me and even followed up after the sale. What's more, he even bought me a lovely present after closing! I wish all real estate agents and brokers were as great as Loren!
